Rupert Murdoch’s US news channel says non-Muslims “don’t go in” Birmingham

More factually correct news from the channel of ‘fair and balanced’ journalism. Somehow this doesn’t surprise me. It was Fox News that a few years ago produced a map of the Middle East, which mislabelled Egypt as Syria. And then there was the American presidential candidate for the Republicans, who said in the 1990s that if Colonel Gaddafi tried anything, he’d bomb Karg Island off the face of the Earth. Despite the fact that Karg Island is in the Persian Gulf, nowhere near Libya.

Fox News – Rupert Murdoch’s news channel in the US – reckons Birmingham is an “entirely Muslim” city and non-Muslims “simply don’t go in“:

It seems the Murdoch press in the US is just as ignorant about everything as the Murdoch press in the UK is.
