How astrologers predicted Cameron was doomed to failure – in May 2010!

I prefer the line in Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar: ‘The fault, dear Brutus, lies not in our stars, but in ourselves.’ Which gives us an extra, literary reason for hating Clegg and Cameron: they are not puppets of malign supernatural influences, but beings with free will, and thus should take full responsibility for the horrors they have inflicted on 21st century Britain.

No it’s not someone describing the policies of the present coalition government.

It’s actually what Julius Firmicus Maternus, a 4th-century Roman astrologer had to say about what was likely to be the result of projects initiated at a time of what astrologers call a Void-Of-Course Moon.

It seems astrologers were predicting both the direction and the ultimate failure of Cameron’s period as PM as soon as it had started.

This is because at the exact time that Cameron’s premiership began on the 11th of May 2010, there was a Void-Of-Course Moon.
